(uplifting music) – Okay, so three things for being more active at work. Number one is to try to get 10,000 steps a day. That’s been a goal
that’s been put out there for many years now, so just trying to get as many
steps in throughout the day. Number two, I would say,
is try to limit the amount of sitting that we do
throughout the day. At least get up and
stretch, and move. Get away from the desk for few
minutes throughout the day. And then number
three, I would say, try to work on
increasing strength, or focus on strength-building, ’cause most people tend
not to focus on that area, and they tend to lose
strength as they get older. So if we can try to
prevent that strength loss at an earlier age, I think we’ll be better
off in the long run.
