Hello my name is Jinilee Reavis and I’m a
massage therapist here at Veronika’s Color Salon and Spa and I’m here on behalf of Expert
Village. Okay what we would be discussing about today is the Swedish massage the relaxation
it is a very beneficial for everybody to get a relaxation massage at least once a month.
Cause all the tension and stress that builds up in a normal week day and I’m just demonstrating
going along the shoulder blade like so. Just stretching it. There are several different
types of massage but the main common one is Swedish relaxation massage it improves the
circulation, it releases the toxins that are build up, the toxins that are in the body,
the stress that cause the tension to start off with and it if very beneficial for the
client.
