Hi everyone. I am Yasuko and it’s time for Massage Monday. This week I’m going to show you how to massage
your own shoulder without hurting your fingers. Typically people have tight spots between
the base of the neck and the shoulder bone. So find the tight spot which is very easy
to find. And you put your fingers, your middle finger
on it, and you support it by index and ring fingers. You put three fingers put together on the
tight spot. And you just rotate your shoulder 10 times. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. And do the other side. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. This way, you don’t have to really work
on it with your fingers and it really saves your fingers. You can do the same thing on different spots
on your shoulder. And you repeat on the other side. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. That’s it. This is something I’m doing while I’m
walking during this lockdown. Every so often I go out for a fresh air and
