COVID-19 is a reminder to all of us of how precious our health is. So while staying at home, it’s essential that we stay healthy. Staying active and exercising are very important for that. While it is rather challenging to exercise while we are confined at home, it’s very important that we find the type of activity that we both enjoy and we can do within the limited area that is available to all of us. Sleeping well, drinking plenty of water, taking deep breaths and also eating vegetables and fruits are very necessary for us to maintain a strong immunity system. Together, we can stay healthy.
