hi Dan and Gina Truman here talking about how you get a restful night’s sleep so I’m gonna talk about three oils tonight I’m gonna talk about frankincense first and just show you how I use these oils the other two oils are lavender and serenity you can use those interchangeably I use serenity because I don’t like lavender that much so the way it smells that’s a great thing I love what it does but I don’t like how it smells so if one drop of frankincense I’ve just put on my hand I’m rubbing it to my hairline is what I can okay this is gonna help get that into my nervous system help calm my nerves down so that I can get some sleep make sure you wrap that in good and then this is serenity this is my magic so I rub this also over the top of the frankincense yeah the reason I’m rubbing it it’s because I’m going to get the circulation moving in that area so it can grab the oil so those compounds in there can get into my bloodstream quickly and do what’s work now after I’ve rub that in I’m gonna take my hand and cup it and breathe deep maybe five or six times is my favorite part I get to see this every night if she goes into this state of bliss and I love this so you can put this oil on the bottom of your feet you can diffuse it in your room rub it on your chest I do this and I can sleep well at night I don’t wake up at night anymore I can go to sleep easier and it’s way better in the morning when I wake up I feel like I’ve had a restful night’s sleep so check out our YouTube subscribe to it our YouTube channel will have plenty of videos about other conditions other oils that will help any conditions that you might have it’s pretty exciting Channel and also we’ll have information below on if you want to check out serenity which is just a doTERRA blend or the other oils that Gina just talked about thanks for thanks for joining us have any questions have any comments leave them below okay talk to you next time bye bye bye bye
