How do you keep your energy
system healthy and vibrant during the flu season? My name is Prune Harris,
I’m an energy expert. I’ve been able to see
energy since I was born. I’ve worked with thousands
and thousands of clients during the flu season,
and I wanna bring forward some information here today because a lot of you are
asking about the coronavirus. Now, of course, it’s a virus, same as our regular seasonal flu. It’s a little bit stronger and it’s new. So there’s a lot of hype
around it at the moment. A lot of fear around it. That’s not a great way of being because fear has the ability to really greatly influence
your immune system, your energy system. So in this video I’ve put
together a few exercises that will keep your
energy system resilient, maintain your healthy immune system and be able to combat any
of that insidious fear that could be actually
weakening your immune system. Now, of course, if you feel
like you are getting ill, go through all of the
regular medical routes to ensure that you can be healthy. Energy exercises are complementary. They go hand-in-hand with the
medical approaches as well, and together that’s the
way that we can ensure we prevent illnesses and
recover quickly if we get them. So there are three main energy systems that really need to come to the fore when you’re wanting to remain healthy. One of them is your
aura, or your biofield. The second one is your ability to be electromagnetically grounded. Does your body system connect into the electromagnetic
energy of the earth below you? Does it flow through you? And thirdly, well, it’s the system I call the courage system. Now, of course, courage is
not part of your energy system in a separate way, but together there are a few
parts of your energy system that really hold the ability
for you to remain courageous. When there’s things like a lot of fear around a particular virus, then keeping your courage
system up actually is really key to helping that groundedness,
helping your aura and helping your immune
system stay strong. So let’s start. First of all, we’re just gonna cross the hands over the chest
and let’s take a moment here. Close your eyes if you’re
comfortable to do so. Breathing in. (deep breathing) And releasing that breath. (sighing) It’s a beautiful way to
begin to affect so much. Breathing in again. (deep breathing) Releasing that breath,
releasing any tension, releasing rushing around in your busy day. Releasing worry and fear. One more breath here. (sighing) (man coughing) Now let’s feel into your aura, yeah? Your biofield. The sphere of energy
around you that is created by the electromagnetic
energy inside your body. So one thing also that’s really important for staying healthy is all
of those simple techniques that I know you already know. Sleeping enough, eating
well, because they actually fuel those electromagnetic
energy in your body, and that is essential for your aura. So placing one hand on your lower abdomen and one hand on your forehead. I’m gonna invite you just
to tune into, visualize, think about, feel maybe,
whatever your way of connecting. Connect into your aura. Energy follows thought,
energy follows intention. So from this place of
already, with your hands being able to support your energetic core, your groundedness, your
electromagnetic flow… Feel into, tune into, visualize that aura. Does it have a color right now? Does it have a shape? If there was a color that was
amazing for your vitality, what color is it? And don’t double-guess or overthink this. Whatever color first flashed to mind, you’re gonna breathe in and as you breathe out, move your hands through your biofield right to the edge of it and if you don’t know
where the edge of it is, that’s totally fine. Your hands will be helping create it. Breathing in again. (deep breathing) And breathing out. Your hands can go in any direction as your energy from your palms
really activates the aura. Breathing in again. (deep breathing) This time you could
visualize, sending energy, sending the color that first
flashed across your mind, through your palms, so that actually you begin to activate, to energize, to enhance
the vibration of your aura. And coming back to the heart again. Why that’s so important
is that your auric field, your biofield, is your
amazing buffer of protection. And it’s the first line of
defense in your immune system. Your immune system is
amazingly, amazingly complex and it goes through several layers right down into the cellular level. But it starts with the aura. So keeping it strong,
keeping it active and vibrant is a beautiful way to
enhance your resiliency. All right, let’s keep going. You’re gonna rub your hands together, and you’re gonna bring
your hand to your chin and from there you’re
smoothing all the way down the front of the body. Ah, beautiful, beautiful
way to begin to clear any worries, any fear, any
electromagnetic clutter that you’ve got in your system. So now this central channel is feeling a little bit more open. You’re going to pretend that your hand is like a windshield wiper and you’re gonna clear
all of this clutter, and wow, this feels
amazing to me right now. This amazing central part
of your energy system takes a lot of hits during the day. It’s your main resiliency
for a lot of emotions, a lot of energies like wifi
or electromagnetic pollution, other people’s energies. So sometimes just to help it out in clearing all of this. Let’s do some figure eights here. You could do it with one
hand, you can do it with two. Whatever feels good to you. Now you’re gonna zip that back up. So coming up through the middle, let’s continue over the head and just bringing the hands
down the front of the body. Raising arms up and
bringing the hands down. Palms towards the floor. Amazing way to just help
your biofield ground and help your physical body ground. Good. Just take a moment. Feel into that. How does your body feel right now? If you could easily identify
your own energy field has it become more
resilient, more grounded. Do you feel more in your own space? All right, the last piece that
we’re gonna concentrate on is the heart. So first of all, you’re
gonna take your right hand and pop it in your left armpit and you’re gonna trace all the way down to your little finger and squeeze that little finger
right at the end as you go. Come to the middle finger and move all the way up to the chest and into the center of the pec. Under the armpit again. Off the little finger. Middle finger back to the center of the pec and we’re gonna continue this heart loop. We’re working to really
support the heart system. The heart system governs all
of the rhythms of the body and really affects your immunity. Let’s go to the other side as well. Armpit. Little finger. Middle finger. Back to the center of the pec. Armpit. Little finger. Middle finger. And let’s do that. Amazingly grounding this
also really helps your aura. Bring your hands back,
crossing over the chest so that your fingers are just
underneath the collarbones. From here, let’s do some gentle, but deep if it feels good
to you, gentle massage. Lovely. So just take a moment here. It’s a great sequence to do. Two, even three times a day, especially if you’re working with a lot of stress in your life. Stress really impacts your immune system. Or if you’re working with a lot of fear. So I’m really interested to
