try these acupressure points to help you sleep. • Top of head (GV 20) — Draw a line from
the top of the ears. Soft spot that gives you a distinct sensation. Press downward with the
weight of the hands. • “Peaceful Sleep” point – One thumb below
mastoid process (bone behind the ear) on the neck muscle (sternocleidomastoid). Stimulate
with thumbs by pressing or gently circling them. • Middle of the heel — stimulate with a golf ball Stimulate these points as you breathe deeply
